IF Flawless brilliant. Shows no inclusions or blemishes of any sort under 10x magnification.
VVS I, VVS II Very, very small inclusions, very difficult to notice under 10x magnification.

VS I, VS II

Very small inclusions, difficult to notice under 10x magnification.

SI I, SI II

Small inclusions, noticeable only under 10x magnification, not noticeable with the naked eye.
P I Bigger inclusion, easy to notice under 10x magnification, difficult to notice with the naked eye.
 P II Big inclusions, easy to notice with the naked eye, not affecting brilliance.
  P III Big inclusions, easy to notice with the naked eye, affecting brilliance.
